My September high low pick is this amazing pair of pants that I’ve bought in two colors. Is it a skirt? Are they pants? Are they somewhere in between whatever they are? I’m digging them. The waistband is also adjustable so there’s three buttons so you can wear them as lose tight as you want. My favorite and most colorful pick from this month!
